We use this data to contact you about work we do for you, including to alert you to new developments that might affect our advice or the systems we provide, or new prospects that arise from our understanding of your business (marketing).  We do not pass it to third parties except as required by law.

You are the data controller.  We are a data processor.

You provide us with data as a data processor on the terms outlined in our terms and conditions, which you can download above, and on the basis of the specific purposes outlined in the data processing contract that accompanies the quote and terms and conditions we provide you for each individual job.

So wherever we are processing data on your behalf, we have a written contract concerning the nature and limits of that processing.
